Leadership Transition Support
Having invested the time and energy in selecting the right candidate, it is crucial that we lay the foundation for the new leader’s success. We help the new leader align their focus around the school’s key priorities and enhance any needed skill areas. We support them as they form relationships with all stakeholders, establish a strong partnership with the Board chair, and build communication and feedback practices to create the foundation for a long and productive tenure.
